The starting sequence will
begin at 1315 hours for all Dowmharbour Series. Races will
start from the club launch when code flag “Q” (yellow pennant) is
flown at the clubhouse. ‘S’ denotes a possible Safety Equipment
spot check; show the item requested to the duty crew after the
